The results in each box of the report show those who chose both of the
options on the headers e.g.120 Under 18 Applicants said they preferred Brand V.
The totals show the total of each option, and the final total shows the total
number of responses. The options available on a cross tab report depend on the
questions asked in the promotion. The kind of questions that can be featured
on a cross tab report are multiple choice questions and tick all that apply
questions. In addition to questions, cross tab reports can also cross reference
the application status and stock ordered.
To create a cross tab report for a promotion, click the Cross Tab Report icon
on the Promotion Information screen. On the next screen choose fields from the
available dropdowns for the row and column headings. Tick show totals box to show
the additional row and column showing the total for each heading and the overall total.
Tick the Show Percentages box to show each result as a percentage of the total as well as
the number of responses. Once you have selected all the options, click the
Generate Report button.
There may be a delay generating the cross tab report, this is generally dependent
on the number of applications in the promotion. Once this is complete you will
have the cross tab report before you. To export this report as an excel document click
the Export as an Excel Document link.
