Online lookups is a service that can be made available to you. There is a fee for this service, if you are interested contact your account manager.

To perform a lookup on a promotion, choose the lookups option from the main menu. Alternatively, click the lookups icon in the top right corner. You will be presented with a list of promotions available for lookups. Click the appropriate promotion to perform a lookup.

On the main lookup screen you will be presented with datacapture panels appropriate to the promotions. Enter the data you wish to search for in the panels and click lookup. The search will return applications that match all the conditions specified in the search. e.g. Entering the Surname "Smith" the post town "NORWICH" and MailMe of "Y" will return all the Smiths who live in Norwich and agreed to be mailed.

A search can return up to 1000 results, any more and the search criteria will have to be narrowed. On seeing the results, you can view the details of the applications in the system. You can use the top bar to navigate through the resulting applications. To get an overview of the applications, select the Picklist link. This will bring up a picklist of names and addresses, allowing you to select a record. Finally, to view/post comments about this application, click the Comments link. This will bring up a list of any comments about this application. To post a new comment, enter a comment in the box provided and click the add comment button. If the Copy to Customer Services is clicked, a copy of the comment is sent via email to Diss Customer Services. If the Copy to Account Manager option is ticked, a copy is sent to the promotion's Account Manager.
