The results report displays a report based on the data logged to a Winclone promotion. The report varies based on the data entered. The report can take a while to generate, so be careful not to cancel the page prematurely.

Name/Address/Comment Data

This data is not used for reporting

Media Code/Questionnaire Data

This is data that gives consumers a choice of answers from a limited list. The reports shown for this panel show the number of applications, percentage for each response. It also draws a graph for each response.

Numeric/Date Data

For numeric data, the report displays the largest and smallest numbers, the total of the numbers entered and the mean value of the numbers entered. For dates, the panel shows the first and last dates entered.

Stock/Proof of Purchase Data

For Stock data, the report shows the numbers of each item ordered, it is also possible to drill down into more detailed reports. For proof data, the report shows the total numbers of each proof of purchase received and the total value of these proofs.

Payment Data

For payments, a combination of reports is used. A graph with totals and percentages shows the payment methods, also listed is the average payment amount, the highest payment, the lowest payment and the total payed in.

Drill Down Reports

It is posible to drill down on some reports to get access to more detailed data. To drill down for more detail on a panel, click the panel's name in the top left corner.

Media Breakdown

This report is useful for data that is split by UK/ROI or Internet/Postal/Phoneline. It shows a weekly breakdown of the number of apps with each media option. Click the links at the top to toggle between numbers of Valid/Rejected/Replacement Applications

Stock Quantity

This is the report initially presented when clicking the stock panel, it can also be accessed by clicking the Quantity Report link at the top of the page.

This report shows how many orders there were for different quantities of stock items. e.g. 524 People ordered 1 of X, 34 Ordered 2 of X e.t.c. Click the links at the top to toggle between numbers of Valid/Rejected/Replacement Applications

Weekly Stock Breakdown

This report is accessed by clicking the Week by Week Report option after clicking the stock panels.

This report shows the quantity of each stock item ordered each week. Click the links at the top to toggle between numbers of Valid/Rejected/Replacement Applications
